Hi! I'm Liza — I'm 18, I dance, I do odd jobs, and I write a diary because it's the only time I sit still. This is basically my brain on paper. Fast, messy, and probably funny if you're not me.
I grew up in Southeast Asia in a big, loud family. The food, the heat, the way everyone is always in everyone's business — I wouldn't trade it. I don't talk about it much here because it just is what it is. You'll pick up on it.
I dance. That's the main thing. Freestyle, trending audio, whatever feels right. I also recently started yoga and kickboxing, and I'm terrible at both but getting less terrible every week. I work odd jobs to keep things moving.
It's a personal diary — like the kind you'd hide under your mattress except I put it on the internet. I write about dance, workouts, weird things that happen to me, dreams, and whatever my brain decides to think about that day.
A few times a week. Sometimes more if a lot is happening. Sometimes less if I forget I have a diary. But I always come back to it.
I write in English! I also drop Khmer words sometimes when English doesn't have the right one. I don't translate them because that would be weird. You'll figure it out from context or you won't. Either way is fine.
You can find me on Instagram and YouTube. All the links are at the top of the site. I'm pretty easy to find.
Yes! There's a link on this site. You have to be 18 or older to see it.
Social media is the best way. I check my messages when I remember to, which is more often than you'd think.
